Commitment to Quality and Affordability
In 2022, we moved to Whyalla, SA, and faced challenges finding suitable employment as seniors. With over 25 years of hospitality and cooking experience, along with completed business courses, we decided to create our own business, SNACK WAGON. Supported by our savings and a government self-employment program, our goal was to provide affordable, quality food that people could enjoy daily without breaking the bank. We wanted to offer a variety of delicious items, maintaining the essence of what our vehicle represented.
MOVING FORWARD
We have been in whyalla now nearly 3 years and have progressed with our business over this time.
We are moving forward to a new site at the Whyalla Visitors Information Centre to broaden our experience with tourists, travellers and locals.
